At TotalSkinCare, we are committed to your complete satisfaction. In the event a product(s) does not meet your expectations, please contact us immediately.

We will accept returns on most items within 30 days of the date of delivery. We will issue a full credit toward your next purchase of TotalSkincare products. We are unable to provide cash refunds or exchanges.

Please include a copy of the packing slip with your name, phone number, and reason for returning the product(s).

Guidelines for Merchandise Returns
      � We cannot accept returns on overly used products.
      � Return shipping and handling charges are not included.
      � TotalSkinCare is unable to provide cash refunds. We issue store credits for all merchandise returns.
      � If exchanging a product please include a list of the products wanted and depending on money difference
        you will either be charged the difference or a credit will be applied to your account to use to place a future
        order.
      � Please include the products with a copy of the packing slip with the reason for the return.


International Return Guidelines
      � We cannot be responsible for actions of any Customs offices nor for reimbursement of any Customs fees.
      � Please purchase insurance for international return shipments to assure that they successfully arrive at
        TotalSkinCare.
